Parrots Die Awaiting Law

 

A company of smuggled wild caught African Grey Parrots is waiting to be taken out from quarantine in South Africa. A Parrot conservation group took the liberty of organizing their release back into the wild – but a limpopo-based parrot breeder is claiming that the Parrots was stolen from him but had no proof.

The breeder is taking the issue to court. Which means that the birds will have to stay in quarantine until the matter is resolved and could take weeks. They have already been in quarantine stressed out for 3 months without sunlight, and would not be able to go on for another 2 weeks before they die.

The court needs to issue a permit before the birds can be released, and before the permit gets issued the court first needs to verify the ownership.

GET THE FUCKING BIRDS OUT AND BACK TO WHERE THEY BELONG OR THEY WILL DIE!!!

Its Common Sense! If you wait they die! Its all about money. The breeder is pushing to claim ownership because he can make money out of it. Doesn't give a fuck about the well being of those parrots.

In a Equal Money System we can give a Fuck. Truly care for the well being of other beings in desperate need. Money would never again keep us from improving the life of another. Life would ALWAYS be the priority. The fear of not having enough will END and in that the EXCUSE not being able to do anything to end SUFFERING.

Lets End this pointless suffering of so many animals and people and nature in the name of money.

Homeless Man Arrested for not Giving Physical Address

 

A homeless man that is a convicted sex offender got arrested because he failed to notify police that he moved out of the dumpster he listed as his physical address.

Being a sex offender he is required to give his physical address to authorities. They found him at a homeless shelter and arrested him and now faces a 3 year jail sentence for not giving his new physical address to authorities.

How can you expect a homeless person to give a physical address?! He is homeless!!! This is the state of our law, it has so many loop holes that is used by the criminals that it no longer makes any real sense.

If you apply common sense to LAW then most of the laws will have to be rewritten or thrown out. The law is made so that abusers can get away.

Its is abusive and must change in a way that is supportive and protects Everybody. We all know the law system is ridiculous, but we do nothing about it. Let us bring in  Common Sense Law with the Equal Money System and put an end to criminals walking free and deceptive lawyers in it for the money.

High Court rules that residents must have acces water???!

Really? Do people need water?

It takes a high court to get some much needed relief to residents living(surviving) next to a dump site in Johannesburg. They make a living by scavenging materials at the site. The court ruled for the city to provide water and sanitation facilities. What about food? Is that too much to ask for? Should one even have to ask?

''The court criticized the city for being slow in implementing its constitutional obligations to address housing needs.''

This is happening all over the world. Nobody in a position of power cares about peoples needs.


Let it be that we don't need courts or charities or donations or random acts of kindness to provide for EVERYBODY.
